Patrick-Bill Daniels
Patrick-Bill Daniels is a Chicago native with over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, leading and overseeing major initiatives across the city focused on gun violence prevention, reentry support, clinical services, and housing stability. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and brings a strategic, community-centered approach to systems change. As a member of the Board of Directors, Patrick-Bill offers deep local knowledge, leadership experience, and a commitment to sustainable impact for returning citizens. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys fitness training, spinning records as a DJ, and—proudly—eating Brussels sprouts.

DeAndre Banks is a Chicago native and an inspiring advocate for justice reform, with a deep commitment to supporting youth impacted by unjust incarceration. A licensed barber with over 10 years of experience, DeAndre is an alumnus of Larry’s Barber College and uses his platform to mentor and uplift young people through guidance, skill-building, and positive example. As a member of the Board of Directors, he brings lived experience, community trust, and a passion for empowerment. In his free time, DeAndre enjoys gathering with friends and family at Home Run Inn. His favorite quote, “I do not look like what I been through,” reflects his resilience and purpose-driven work.

Anthony Hurley is a Chicago native with over 15 years of experience in finance, bringing a strong track record of leadership across a range of financial roles. Throughout his career, Anthony has led major financial projects for large institutions, providing strategic insight, operational excellence, and sound fiscal oversight. As a member of the Board of Directors, he contributes deep financial expertise and a commitment to responsible growth. Outside of his professional work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his kids, traveling with friends, and is an avid anime enthusiast.
