Dr. Lynda Swan-McClendon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Associate Pastor of Harmony Community Church, and a respected leader with more than 40 years of clinical experience. Throughout her career, she has strengthened individuals, families, and communities through clinical practice, faith-based leadership, advocacy, and empowerment.  Dr. Swan-McClendon’s leadership supports B-Unit’s commitment to whole-family restoration, emotional wellness, and helping justice-impacted individuals and families build healthier, more stable futures.
