Who We Are
The B-Unit is a community-driven organization, four phase initiative, launched in the mind of our founder in 2020, dedicated to supporting justice-involved men over the age of 35 years old, with a minimum education completion of a high school diploma equivalent, and a commitment to developing a relationship with their families and communities.
Through a holistic approach, the B-Unit provides transitional housing, workforce development, financial literacy education, mentorship, and life-skills training designed to address the barriers many returning citizens face. Our programs focus on helping individuals secure stable housing, gain meaningful employment, manage their finances, and develop the personal and professional skills necessary for long-term success. By equipping participants with practical tools and supportive relationships, we empower them to build sustainable futures for themselves and their families.
